New Mobile App

Published On: 09/08/2026

We are delighted to announce the launch of the new, completely redesigned CHM Monaco mobile app — now available on both the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android).

Built from the ground up, this new version is faster, more modern, and more powerful than before — with a fresh design, smoother performance, and a whole new set of features designed to bring the CHM community closer to you.

Everything about our community, in one place — always in your pocket.

Signing in is easy — no passwords to remember

We’ve made it as simple as possible: enter your email address, receive a one-time code by email, and you’re in. That’s it.

We recommend using your **email** as your preferred sign-in method — it works everywhere, it’s fast, and it’s what we suggest for all our members. As an alternative we have added a WhatsApp OTP.

And once you sign in, you stay signed in. You will only need to enter a code again if you sign out, change device, or after a major update.

Some members may notice that phone-based sign-in doesn’t work for them. This can happen if:

• We don’t yet have your mobile number on file, or
• Your number is shared with another family member’s account

In both cases, please simply **sign in with your email address** — it will always work.

If you would like to update your mobile number or check what we have on record, please email us at siteadmin@chm.mc and we will be happy to help.

What’s new in the app

• A completely redesigned interface that’s cleaner, faster, and easier to use
• Your digital membership card to show at events and partner venues
• Browse news and upcoming events from the community, with rich photo galleries
• Discover exclusive benefits from our partners
• Renew your membership and access your receipts anytime
• A guest mode so friends and prospective members can explore before joining

Coming soon

This is just the beginning. In the coming months, we’ll be rolling out:

• Push notifications — be the first to know about new events, partner offers, and important community announcements, directly on your phone
• Profile photos — personalise your account with your own photo on your membership card
• Apple Wallet & Google Wallet support — add your CHM membership card to your phone’s wallet for even quicker access
• Even faster browsing — continuous performance improvements

We’ll keep you posted as each new feature arrives.
