Dear Members,

We are pleased to announce the Annual General Assembly of the Hellenic Community of Monaco, which will take place on Sunday January 17th, 2021 at the Yacht Club de Monaco, Quai Louis II, 98000 Monaco.

Note: The General Assembly is scheduled on the same date as the ” Vassilopita” traditional event, so that we get as many participants as possible.

1. AGENDA OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

– Activity report for the years 2019-2020.
– Election of the members of the Board of Directors.

Voting rights: 
– The right to vote applies to the CHM members of Greek nationality (Greek and Greek/ Cypriot origin), residing in Monaco as well as in neighbouring municipalities (Cap d’Ail, Turbie, Rocquebrune and Beausoleil). 
– The above mentioned CHM members, should have paid their 2020 subscription fee, otherwise they are not eligible for voting.
– All adult members who are up to date with their subscription for year 2020 are requested to attend or to be represented by another member; in case of representation please fill in the form and email to  info@old.communautehellenique.mc or by post to the address of our head office.

Candidate rights:
– The candidate for President must be Monaco resident. 
– The existing President has the right to apply as a candidate for the Presidency two times for a consecutive 3-year term.
– Qualified candidates for Members of BoD, are those CHM members of Greek nationality and origin, residing in Monaco as well as in neighbouring municipalities (Cap d’Ail, Turbie, Rocquebrune and Beausoleil). However, the majority of the elected BoD, must be Monaco residents.
– The above candidates, must declare their candidacy the latest by 17-12-2020 (30 days before the Election date).
