Μονάδα Ανακουφιστικής Αγωγής «Τζένη Καρέζη»
Η Μονάδα Ανακουφιστικής Αγωγής «Τζένη Καρέζη» της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (ΕΚΠΑ), είναι ο μοναδικός δημόσιος φορέας στην Ελλάδα που προσφέρει δωρεάν ολοκληρωμένη και εξειδικευμένη ανακουφιστική φροντίδα σε χρόνιους πάσχοντες (καρκινοπαθείς και μη). Λειτουργεί από το 1992, ανήκει στο Α’ Εργαστήριο Ακτινολογίας του Αρεταιείου Νοσοκομείου και είναι στελεχωμένη με εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό (ιατροί, νοσηλευτές, ψυχολόγοι). Επιστημονική υπεύθυνη είναι η Κυριακή Μυστακίδου, Καθηγήτρια Ανακουφιστικής Αγωγής της Ιατρικής Σχολής του ΕΚΠΑ. Από τη δημιουργία της, η Μονάδα έχει παράσχει υπηρεσίες ανακουφιστικής φροντίδας σε περίπου 10.000 άτομα σε πάνω από 70.000 επισκέψεις ασθενών, ασφαλισμένων και μη. The Consulate of Monaco in Greece reopens, at a new address, following the appointment of Dr. Vassilis G. Apostolopoulos as Honorary Consul of Monaco with headquarters in Athens and jurisdiction over the entire Greek Territory. Dr. Vassilis G. Apostolopoulos stated in this regard: “I am particularly happy that my more than twenty-year relationship and love for the Principality is sealed with the great honor of my appointment by Prince Albert II of Monaco as Honorary Consul of the Principality in Greece.
