Monaco – Parking spaces and costs
Finding a parking space in Monaco can be a difficult task for both residents and those visiting for work or leisure. Residents should apply for a permanent parking space as soon as possible after moving in, which will not only provide them with a parking space but also a lower monthly cost (around €86/month). The waiting list can range from 3 to 6 months.
The parking lot of the resident’s choice will be the one or those that are closest to their home or work address. The deposit is 3 months and the bill is usually paid monthly.
Categories :
- Permanent parking space , which is provided exclusively to permanent residents who have a car registered in the Principality (Monaco license plates). Although the space is not nominal, it is guaranteed for the selected parking lot and ensures lower prices for all parking lots in the country.
- Evening parking (nuit seulement), which allows parking in the selected Parking lot on specific days and times (Mon-Fri 18.00-09.00, Weekends and Holidays for 24 hours).
- Parking for employees (travail), which only allows morning parking (working hours) in a parking lot near the applicant’s workplace.
Cancellation of registration: All registrations can be canceled with 30 days’ notice.
