Mrs. Athanasoula Lambropoulou-Syropoulou was re-elected to the FIG Council. Greek gymnastics will be able to be represented in the institutions of FIG (International Gymnastics Federation)  and in the new Olympic cycle, after the re-election of Athanasoula Lambropoulou-Syropoulou in the 21-member Council of the International Gymnastics Federation. In the nominations held at the 83rd FIG Congress in Antalya, Ms. Lambropoulou-Syropoulou collected 32 votes and emerged 2nd in a series of elections, among 15 candidates from the European zone.
